Of course, we have a warranty program for SkyValet travelers! Our luggage collections are guaranteed with a 5-year limited warranty covering any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that would be considered a manufacturer defect. If anything breaks, we will do our best to fix or replace it for you.

A two-year warranty covers the Power Bank and Bluetooth Lock. If you need a replacement part, please don't hesitate to let us know. In most cases, the warranty only covers travelers in the USA.
